How many different dips can I have?
 The short answer is unlimited.  Whatever your requirements, we have a package to suit you.
 
What type of chocolate do you use?
We use only the finest Callebaut Belgian Chocolate to ensure you indulge in the ultimate chocolate experience.
 
How long does the chocolate flow for?
Our flow times start from 2 hours and can run for however long you wish!

What areas do you cover?
We currently cover a 50 mile radius of Gloucestershire, along with the Wiltshire and South Wales areas. If in doubt please feel free to contact us and ask if we can visit your venue.
 
How much is it to hire a fountain?
We try to cater for your individual needs and understand you may have a budget to work with.  Our Standard packages therefore start from as little as £325.
 
How do I book?
Either fill in your event requirements on our contact form and we will be happy to make the necessary booking or contact us direct and we will be happy to call you to discuss your requirements with you.
 
What deposit do you require to secure a booking?
You can secure a booking with as little as £50 deposit leaving you with the flexibility of either paying in instalments or settling the balance the week  prior to your event.
 
Do you operate the fountain throughout the event?
Yes, we will bring the fountain, set it up, prepare all the dips and maintain the flow for the duration of the event.  We will then dismantle and clean the fountain leaving you to simply enjoy yourselves.
 
I have a special request that I would like, can you help?
Yes!  We understand that no two events are the same and have a flexible approach to our work.  Therefore if you have a required dip selection, or a favourite chocolate we are happy to discuss this with you and offer our expert advice to ensure that you have the best possible event.
